If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using our website and services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at our discretion, with changes posted on this page and effective upon posting. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Delta Gold Inc. provides the following services, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein:

  • Gold Mining Operations: Sustainable gold extraction services utilizing advanced geophysical surveys, drone mapping, and automated drilling systems in compliance with federal and state regulations, including the U.S. Mining Law of 1872 and environmental standards set by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
  • Secure Storage: State-of-the-art vault storage facilities with biometric access, 24/7 AI-powered surveillance, and climate-controlled environments, compliant with London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) standards and insured up to $1 billion per client.
  • Investment Consulting: Personalized gold investment strategies provided by advisors certified by the CFA Institute, adhering to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations and fiduciary standards.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable U.S. laws.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under U.S. law. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information provided during registration or service engagement is accurate, complete, and current. We may require verification of your identity to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations enforced by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

4. User Accounts

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with KYC/AML regulations. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, and we may deactivate your account and delete associated data, subject to our data retention policies and applicable laws, such as IRS recordkeeping requirements.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable U.S. federal laws, including the Federal Arbitration Act. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Reno, Nevada, under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration. If arbitration is not enforceable, disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Nevada, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. You agree to waive any objections to venue or personal jurisdiction in Nevada.

  • Patriot Act: Enforcing KYC/AML requirements to prevent money laundering and fraud.
  • FTC Regulations: Ensuring fair business practices and consumer protections under the Federal Trade Commission Act.

14. Third-Party Services

Delta Gold Inc. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes, or technological failures. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such events and mitigate their impact, as required by applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
